The prices shown represent starting points for standard engagements. Final fees depend on factors including site size, complexity of existing systems, number of buildings, and depth of analysis required.
We provide fixed-price quotes for defined scopes of work, so there are no surprises. For ongoing advisory relationships, we offer retained service packages with predictable monthly costs.
Payment terms are typically 50% on instruction and 50% on delivery of final report. We can accommodate alternative arrangements for larger projects or public sector clients with specific procurement requirements.
